It finally came through for me too.
I've never been there myself in person but I can only imagine.
For 10s of thousands of people, today is a very sad and tragic day. I feel for them.
However, my youngest daughter was born today back in '82. So for me, today is a good day.
She joined the Army right out of HS in 2000 and turned 18 that year and things were goin great for her. Then on her following birthday, everything changed. She served for 5 yrs and even ended up doin a tour over in Iraq.
As we will always mourn for the people lost on that fateful day, our family celebrates the gift from God with the birth of our daughter. It is a good day for us.
My heart goes out to all those who lost loved ones through this terrible tragedy, we will never forget. We still pray for your loss and healing.π₯ππ

Very nice Kandy thank you πππΊπΈ
Did you take the picture from your house?
We visited the 9/11 memorial. The toughest thing for me was knowing that I was taught to love one another, but walked out of there with a strong hatred for those who were involved in the planning and execution. I still feel the same today. The things you see there just stay with you. π

No, I don't live that close.

Exactly. And one restaurant in particular that I used to eat at between playing Broadway shows disappeared after that day.
