Anyone still peel Garlic ? I add them to most dishes, but my favorite is putting Whole Cloves on Grill such a different taste ! These are going in fresh Chile Guajillo sauce for Nopales over deep fried pork ribs ! My Sweetheart doesn't retire until 12/30 23 so once in awhile I make special Food for herπŸ™πŸ‘will post finished food later,,

I still peel garlic, but it’s a pain in the shorts. But someone has to do it if I’m cooking a roast pork or beef in the crockpot. I use the powered stuff on garlic bread. But fresh garlic is the best, yum yum love garlic.

I do. F&R, peeling is easy. Smash the clove first against your cutting board. The peel practically falls off.

Thanks, I’ll try that the next time. My mother made the best dip for chips made with Philadelphia cream cheese and garlic and Worcester sauce, makes me crave it just writing it.

I like the elephant garlic . Slice it thin and put on sourdough with butter and onion powder . Very good and not as powerful as regular garlic .
