Welcome dtru.
There's several members in the surrounding area. 👍🎣
Welcome, you fish salt or fresh water? Lots of places around for the briny/salt water in and near Baltimore. Southwest Park is nice to go to . Kinda hot right now for day fishing though.
Both, this year is really my first year fishing saltwater though.
Great. Would love any feedback.

Steve I see you've only been here a short time n still found value in the site.
The longer you stay the better it gets brother 👍😊.
MD is starting to increase their numbers.
Plumbob was the first member I met.
We live about 40 mins apart n have fished together several times.
It's a good place to be.
Tons of experience n everyone willing to share info.
Maybe not their honey holes 🤣🤣
Thanks grizzly

Since I have been a member here I got a ton of good information about my interests on the water I am a rock fish fishermen the only reason I moved down to the chop tank river as my main fishery they are there all year round I always enjoyed fishing upper bay the flats but by May they were gone and by memorial day the boating pressure and the crab pots were to much just waiting for someone to tell me were their honey hole is on the chop tank river LOL
all true, great posts and people in here, read it everyday… kayak fisherman from Great Lakes, now in Trappe, with so many places to checkout. Recent endless activity catching catfish and white perch, off Choptank near Marshy Creek…using frog pattern deep runnig crankbait and also on a white 1/4 oz jig and crawler, nearly every cast - tight lines!
All in on that Mcourt do you go over to st micheals or Tilghman Island I bet the small mouth bass fishing on the lakes was awesome
Smallies on lake Erie are beasts, 6-7 lb’ers available, making my way to Tilghman 🎣

I had a friend that lived very close to the tank.
Unfortunate for me they moved to Florida 👍.
I could have spent a day or two at their house.
Too far for a day trip anymore 👍🤣
