Fished down in the warrior rock area the three days before the closure along with about 300 other boats. Went 1 for 4 for 3 rods each of those days.
Moved up river yesterday to the mouth of the sandy river area. Launched at 9:30, started first pass troll about 10:00, moved up river a small amount started second pass about 11:15 had a take down that didn’t stick, third troll moved up a little further started troll about 12:00, 12:25 landed the first fish and 12:29 landed the second fish and was done for two rods. Didn’t want to hurt anymore chinook trying to get our coho (wished coho came first).
First fish was on a green 360 flasher (see photo) 3.5 Mexican hat, 16oz at 32 on the line counter in 28 FOW. Second was on a chrome 360, 3.5 Mexican hat with a pink hoochie, 16 oz and 32 on the line counter in 30 FOW.
Good luck out there…

Bouy 33 was slammin' today. Our boat of 8 limited in 3 hours. Fishing near the bottom, our depths were mostly around 28-34ft
