Good Sunday morning crew! A bit late this morning, but the sheets had a pretty good hold on me! Looks like an 86° day with abundant sunshine again. I hope we're not going to pay for the sunshine with equal amounts of the white stuff later on!!
Most of the garden has tapered off. I cut a head of Broccoli and picked 3 cukes yesterday. A few Zukes still remain, but they have slacked off too. I still have things in the greenhouse that will continue to produce too.
Here's a groaned for you all...
Imagine if you walked into a bar and there was a long line of people waiting to take a swing at you.
That would be the punch line!
Have a great day folks, remember to give thanks!!

Nneed to get a section of the garden plowed up andbhilled to plant garlic over the winter. Time to start l ettuce in the cold frame too. That should keep me busy for today and tomorrow. Have a greaT day

Good morning Doug and all stagers. Another fall day at 88 with a light ME wind. Doug remember all the times we walked into the bars and Plum got into a fight. Already drunk and trying to fight. SMH Plum knows he can’t fight. Once he gets his big juice on him he thinks he becomes the Hulk.

Speaking of being drunk, Troy wonders why I turned him down on going crabbing next week.

Exactly. Have you ever notice he doesn’t stop after the 20 hits?
Don't pick on Plum, it's Sunday.
Going back into the 90's today.

Why not?? Looks like a sure thing. He's even got one tied up for ya!! 😂🤪😅🦀
Morning all. Started working on rebuilding the "platform" my boat sits on. It's a 3 ft dropoff to neighbors yard and groundhogs have dug tunnels which caused the dirt and planks to cave in. Hutch and I spent hours wirecutting and chainsawing an old maple tree bottom out from the wire fence that had grown through it!! Got eaten alive by mosquitoes while at it and it's only @1/3 done. I need an engineer to assist on this. There are metal stakes to delineate property lines so just laying planks won't work. That neighbors house will be on the market this week so want to get it all done before anyone gives me grief! My old neighbor 10yrs ago let me build @ a foot and a half over into her yard. Probably should just hire someone but want to try at least!
If I could figure out t his new phone I'd post pics. I did take some.
Also have some of the trip out on the point with Fly and brother Bob.
