It’s a cool 62 degrees this morning and crabbing will begin around 7:00 AM this morning on an outgoing tide.
This should be interesting.
I’m wondering if the cooler temperatures had any effect on the fishing and crabbing.
More to come!

Update:
First run only produced 2 keepers and 2 throw backs.
The water is full of commercial crabbers and lines everywhere.
Hope there doing better than I am.
We’ll give it a few more minutes and try another run.
Windier than expected.
Update:
Caught a few more 2nd run kept 6.
And added bonus to the breeze is that we’re now drift fishing to the return end of our line.
This saves gas and provides time to let the line set while we fish.
Thus far only two Croakers caught by the wife.

Keep it up RR. send a picture of your catch when you finish. I assume they are Blue Crabs?
Yes catching Blue Crabs.
Looks by like we’re ruining the line once more and calling it a day.
Gonna wind up with half a bushel.
All big fat ones.
