Renewed love of fishing, after 40 years of the rat race, I’m looking for solitude enjoying a day on the lake wether I catch fish or not. I now own a pontoon after my father passed- he was an avid fisherman and though a pontoon was most stable/versatile to walk, cruise the Detroit river and fish on. My knowledge is rusty and I thought joining this may be helpful in catching up on my skills for catching the perch and walleye on the lake.

Welcome to this stage KJohnson. I'd call the local bait shops and talk with them. Google and YouTube are great resources also. I'd becarefull on Lake Erie it can get mean out there man 🤪. Good luck an share your pics 👍
