Hi, a party boat might be an easy, fun way to get on fish quick. Plumbob has a post on them today. My heart is with Lahaina.

On this end, I’ve been catching small pollack and mackerel. Striped bass have been teasing me. Atlantic cod opens tomorrow.
I was stationed at Sand Island in Honolulu in the 1970’s. We would catch surgeonfish on little bread balls. And we would catch 2 foot long hammerhead sharks on said chunks.
