Hiked into a pond in the foothills that I hadn’t fished since spring and was pleasantly surprised to see fish jumping everywhere lol mind you bass are 8”-12” but have had a few over 3 and the nephews 5lb PB over the years but the pigs are the bluegill. Ended up with 41 bass and 8 bluegill all C&R. Not bad for 2.5 hrs and a beautiful hike.

Thanks Fredfish!! Loved the 8’ UL setup for those fish, only used a black n blue mini strike king and a frog popper yesterday. I slept like a baby lol

Wow BassOmatic! 49 fish in 2 1/2 hours; let's see, that's a catch every 3 - 4 min. I would say that pond gets very little fishing pressure! Nicely done!🎣🎣🎣👏👏👏
