Just got back from a 5 day trip camping in Dunsmuir. Caught this beauty from the Upper Sac on yesterday morning before hitting g the road to home.
Was a great trip, also fished Hat Creek and Kangaroo Lake. All was great fishing.
18 inch rainbow before coming home.
Great way to end the trip !!

Got that right, lots of great places to explore n fish. There’s lots of other places I’ve been wanting to check out but hard to leave places that u normally have success with

My favorite place to camp. Railroad park is nicely maintained and perfectly located. Lots of good fishing spots all within 5-10 minutes from camp. Dunsmuir is right next door, 5 minutes, for eats n supplies. And everywhere u go is natural spring water, the best.

That's a beautiful stretch of water!!! My old stomping grounds in the early mid 70's. Ted Fay country! LOL!
