Good mornin’, Jimmy and everybody! Have a great Lord’s Day!
Good morning everyone from Driftwood,Pa. 71 here headed to 77 later on. Dee wanted to get away for a couple days so we hooked the camper up and came here. Private campground and very quiet. Saw a female elk yesterday right behind the camper. Looks like the next couple days will be by ourselves here. Gonna try a little smallmouth fishing later on. Hope everyone has a good day today

Good Morning Terry. Are you staying in Elk Country Campground?
That’s where we are Fred. I can walk to the water from here
Good morning, everyone…🐟on

No ketchup necessary!
Says you Doug. A little dab will do it.
Now go fry up a slice of bologna add some warm mashed taters in the middle and enjoy. Ketchup optional.

How great to be able to just hook it up and go!

Looks like a great place Terry. In my opinion, campgrounds gotta have water close by. There's nothing like cooking a fresh caught fish on the campfire. Have fun brother and good luck with the Smallies. 👍🏻👍🏻

Good morning all, looks like a beautiful day ahead. Them taters sound awesome Doug 👌. Granddaughter (Luna) is cheering her first football game today at noon. Hope y'all have a wonderful day 👍
My granddaughter did the same at 1:00. Amelia is 5, how old is Luna?
Well Boys n Girls, I'm hanging up my hat today as a 'Tater Digger. My Tater Field has been cleared. The grand tally for the year is 559 Pounds of yummy goodness!! I have only one row of a variety called "All Blue" which are a purple straight through that need to come out, but my spaghetti and butternut squash are grown across the row, so they'll have to wait. I'm thinking I should get about 25-30# of them. They are more of a fingerling type of potato. Nice for roasting to add a bit of color.
Just took a soak in the pool with the Wifey to get cooled off.. now heading to the greenhouse to plant a second crop of carrots. They should be able to come out around the end of November to the first part of December. Some fresh baby carrots would be awesome with venison tenderloin!! The Wifey was a big help today as she cleaned the bucket of carrots I just pulled. She's going to make some chicken soup stock with some chicken, carrots, onion and celery and can it. All we need to add would be some pasta or rice when we open a jar.
Looks like left overs for dinner tonight, which is just fine with me.
Check back in with ya'll later!!
