Went out early today with my neighbor Tom. We made the 45 minute boat ride south to turtle bay. We boated snook, redfish, trout, Lady fish, fish and Jack's.
The trout we're on the chew we boated over 50. Great morning back on the lift At 11:00 all fish on artificial baits.

Wow, that's some great catching. My nephew just moved to Port Charlotte. No worries, he doesn't fish, lol!!

We used artificial baits a rattling suspending jerk bait caught all the big ones.
But the 1/2 Oz DOA artificial shrimp( clear with silver sparkle)under a weighted Styrofoam popin Cork ( the cheap ones) caught more fish three to one.
