Hi Robert- I have not got any reports this year but the time for the August run hitting Johnson's is about right. Also try the run right above the Weitchpec Bridge. My Dad and I used to fish there every year around the 3rd week in August. Most fishermen don't realize that the August run of Steelhead contains the biggest fish of the year on the Klamath.
Call the Witchpec store and they guide all the way up to Orleans and down below in the Trinity.

Keep in mind that its hatchery fish only and NO salmon!
Is the Klamath Fishing Good with the Dam release?
