I fish that area often. The current is usually strong so bring the right tackle. Be ready for reds, trout,flounder,shark and bluefish. Finger mullet is a great bait both live and frozen

Thanks Captain I appreciate the advice I decided to stick to the home port caught a nice sheepshead and a legal trout and crapload of hardheads sat .bite wasn't on Sunday ty
