head out to Crab ledge, their hanging out there. 5-7 rod spread. ballyhoo on the outside green machine in the middle
Thank you, think you have to put in at Chatham to get there, don’t have a Ryders parking sticker, first year with this Parker 2320, been going to peaked hill, and south of Nomans, can’t go real far, boat not big enough
Heard also, could put in at Saquatucket, not sure how long run is to the ledge, would probably wait for summer traffic to die down, trailering from CC canal, been brutal, last couple weeks
went wednesday 8/16 off of vineyard.
at daybreak west of devils bridge bait everywhere- blues up to 15/20 pounds (too big for bait but there were smaller) and mackeral- lots. marked several tuna and picked up of 4 sharks. lots of footballs breaking water.
left the sharks and went to the claw. marked several and a wolf pack, picked up one 58" on a balloon/mackeral down about 60ft. hope this helps- good luck!
I'm waiting in New Bedford for those 30 " striper retired and waiting easy lol.
Nice, best report I’ve heard in 2 weeks, gonna go to Claw this weekend, if wind let’s me, thanks for the info!!!!
Anyone try to trailer down to Watch Hill? Heard tuna bite good there. Would like some info on area. Never been there before, boat ramp, rocks etc.
