Pinks are easily had from beach in south Whidbey Island. Between high tide and 2 hrs after was prime time. Sorry for the dirty fish. The bag I had them in broke on the hike up from the beach. 3 of us limited out in 2 hrs

If you’re willing to share, how do you shore fish for salmon? I’m a primarily river fisher, so any tips on lure, type, size, etc… would be immensely appreciated.

I usually just drift yarn. You just have to figure out the color that day. It seems when the salmon hit the river they are stubborn. Work the hell out of it.

yes they are in took 2 of my grand kids out in 8-2 all limited out and had fun. taking 2 more out tomorrow and then the last 2 on thursday.

I will smoke them. Need to catch about 4 more to fill the smoker.

I've tried a couple of beaches with no luck.
