No pro o .either salt or fresh. However, freshwater 40 plus. Salt Water, never caught this handsome fella. Is it that?

That is 100% toad fish. I have caught a lot of them before in my crab traps out in Long Island,NY. Watch your fingers!

Were you on the pier or beach in Keyport? I go there a lot. Get dinner at the Keyport Fishery if I don't catch any fish, lol!!!

Yup Toadfish. The Capt I fish with a lot always says if the Toadfish are here so are the seatrout. Just be patient and someone should catch 1 or more very soon
