Tell me if you know someone like this. I used to be this guy. This guy is most likely between 50-80 years old. He's possibly retired or has worked hard, paid taxes and stayed out of trouble all his adult life. He's married, had children and is politically conservative in his thinking.
His world is pretty black or white, right or wrong. His life experience tells him he has all the answers to questions that matter. He's frustrated with the government and is convinced things were better 20-30 years ago. He is angry with the world but keeps it hidden for the most part. He has little time for understanding liberals and politically correct people.
If you see things his way, you can talk with him. If not, don't try. Sound like anyone you know?
Could it be 50 percent of Americans?

Good for you Greg. You don't have to be him anymore either if you choose not to be.
Dear hearts, I think we are a dieing breed.
Our men's Bible Study group just finished Pastor Adam Hamilton's book Seeing Grey in a Black and White world. It is excellent and written by a committed and successful minister.

If we could only get 50+% to show up at the polls, we could change the course we're on. We're circling the drain now.

V**er turnout in 2022(a non-p**********l year)was the second highest since 2000 at 52.2 percent. Young people had the lowest number of registered v**ers turn out.

I was referring to 50+% leaning right G.
Sounds like a cowardly way to insult a certain demographic of America, under the guise you used to be one of them. Lol Most of us who are like you described dont care what you think, but Iโd rather not see it on a fishing forum.

First off, despite having to label and stereotype people, it wasn't my intention to do that. I was referring to me. I don't care what you think either. I'm on the Chit-Chat page of FS, not the Main page. Plenty of non-fishing info is on this page. If you don't like, don't read this section.
