Hey Graveytrain any special recipe on your brisket. I do a dry rub then smoke for about 4 hrs then wrap in parchment paper and aluminum foil and cook another 4 hours or so till it reaches up to temperature. The last one I let cool an put in fridge over night then sliced up thin with slicer and made Philly cheese steak subs ๐
