They were all the same batch, just different steps. the first picture was in the trap, then boiling them, then shelling them, and then we sautéed them

Ate lots of them, never shelled them just broke off the tail and ate that.

When I was 'younger' my dad and I seined for them to use as trotline bait and still had plenty to boil up and eat the tails.

Never done the head thing just the tails, sucking out the head looks like just guts to me. What's it taste like and don't tell me like chicken.
