I am still trying to find my first keeper fish here in Galveston! In the morning, will be my 6th trip on the water, in the last year, and still looking for the right place to go and find some nice redfish, speckle trout, black drum, sheepshead, or even some big gafftop! So if anyone knows where to go, I have a 19’ Mako with a 115 E-Tec Evinrude and would love for you to go with me, and show me where to find the big fish here in Galveston!!
try the area around Seawolf Park. Anchor about 50 yards from the pier.
North or South Galveston Jetty.
