I live by this lake.fishing is the worst I ever seen it.the community stocked a fraction of the fish we usually stock because the courts decided this is no longer a private lake. And is giving the public access.so the public is going to have to get the state to stock there share. And if they don't then it was a waist of time to open it because the fishing won't be any better then any other lake around here.

I for one don't fish for trout. So you won't have to worry about me taking your fish....I like perch and bluegill and bass to eat myself. I've lived here since 1994 and have always wanted to fish Lake Tahuyeh. I drive by there every day going to work or home. I hear there is big bass and bluegill.
