Well I done it up good! Tuesday afternoon was taking my greats by to see son. GPA. They called for his dog who came a running. You guessed it . He hit my knee and down I went. Right shoulder hit the china hutch and back of my head hit the wall. CT scan of head and neck shows no damage but a knot on the head. Xrays showed no fractures or dislocation. Still can't move it. Appointment with an artificial shoulder specialist August 3rd. Got a PT appt. but not til 8/31. May not need it by then. This is my 5 y.o. casting arm. My 78 y.o. left arm is only good for filling the sleeve on my shirt. I can feed myself. Wiping my butt left handed is an experience. Sleeping in my wife's power recliner as I can't operate the lever for my recliner. Lots ya cant do left handed. At least I cant. Please pray for recovery. Thanks stagers.

So sorry to hear this. For sure, we don't heal up as fast as we use to.
Prayers bein said for a quick and easy recovery and that nothing seriously wrong elsewise.😔🙏

I will definitely be praying for you, buddy. I fully understand what you’re saying about left handed butt wiping-impossible for me! I had a heart cath a couple weeks ago where they ran a tube from my right wrist to my heart to check for blockages, etc. After the procedure, I was totally prohibited from using my arm for 24 hours and then restricted to 10 lbs. of push, pull, or lift, for a week. Well…. you know what kind of pickle that put me in. My unbelievably

Low 100's here so too hot to fish but would like the option. Having dry lightening wildfires and every spark or accident along I-70 causes a fire.

Doing dangling rotations to keep joint lubricated and able to use hand, arm and elbow. Can move it a bit but it won't move on it's own. Surgeon may have advice on the 3rd. Thanks for the prayers!

Prayers for the 3rd and full recovery hopefully in time for some fishing this year. May need a MRI to look for nerve damage or muscle tear.
