can't help you I don't fish that side of the mountain after mid June because it is really hot. all I fan say this time of year I'm pretty sure it will be a late evening early morning fishery. in early spring I have fished steamboat park and caught them in the main lake there. I'm pretty sure you can find some YouTube videos on fishing for walleye at banks lake that might be helpful.
Walleye like to hunt for food just as it gets dark or before sun break in the mornings. I typically use a Band-it 20' deep diver. I try to fish in 15-20' water. I've fished Banks lake but not enough to offer any other tips.
