Never been so I tried to google search to see where it is and got an error "Sorry, your search appears to be outside our current coverage area for driving." I wonder if it has anything to do with the proximity to the Canadian border or if there are no roads. The aerial photo looks very nice.

Silver Lake Whatcom County is north of Maple Falls. Easy to drive there and there's a Park. I'm guessing it's too cold for bass and more of a trout lake.
However, Silver Lake East of I-5 toward St. Helens is shallow and warm and has lots of largemouth.
