Brewster pool fishing Report.
How's the fishing going at Brewster pool
I was with a guide Sunday.
We started at 0430 and half the boat (2) tagged out by 1130. The other half was short one sockeye each. Total was 14 landed, including one hatchery chinook.
Started at 20’, went to 30’ around 1030 when it warmed up.
Seemed slow, and even the guide mentioned Saturday’s action was hotter.

Heading there Thursday for Friday and Saturday fishing. Looks like there might still be some room for my boat. Thinking of taking a ball pein and putting some dents in my boat and writing some boat names on them.
Ted:
Good luck send pictures, I would need my Colt with me for that crowd;-)
It’s wicked crowded but everyone is super chill about it.
Thursday and Friday will be good, Saturday will be busier.
Everyone was clustered by the mouth; we had luck on the north end of the hole, and along the southwest shoreline later in the morning.
Thanks for all the info hope to get my boat out soon
Not my thing. I would rather catch bluegill in a quiet small pond. I guess I am Alaska spoiled. Good luck. If that is your thing, then by all means, enjoy it to its fullest.

Got back but dropped my cell phone in the drink at the launch. no pictures. My grandson limited on Friday but only got 1 on Saturday. I did nearly the opposite with 1 on Friday and 3 on Saturday. It was too hot for me and the crowd at the mouth of the Okanogan was very tight at times. I've never seen so many guided boats as there was at one spot. Why I didn't witness any unintentional contacts beats me. Everyone, including me, seem to have their own routes, directions and speeds. There were more fish in the crowded areas per sonar but I'm not sure more catching.
I lost a nice chinook by a failed double clinch knot. He took the flasher and on. Next time I'll use a palamar knot.
