We went to Tredelphia today. $5 permit for a day. Do not go fishing until they start to fill that thing back up. Caught one bass roughly 2lb right near the dam by the azalea garden. It is a tough place to fish right now. We walked a mile from the Tridelphia Lake Rec Area and the water was super low to where it was very hard to find a spot to fish. A lot of the grounds near the edge was very soft mud where your shoes would go down pretty deep. About 2-3 weeks ago it would've been ideal.
Here is the only fish we landed today. Lost 4 caught 1
Thanks for the update. I'm trying to decide where to go tomorrow that I don't have to pay a lot to get in. Any recommendations of places that are popping right now without weeds for shore fishing?
Not sure. My son went to our local lake (Lake Roland) and said that is getting all mucked up with algae and crap on the surface and that place is challenging to fish from the shore. Hopefully someone can chime in and give you some ideas. We too are always looking for a real good place to fish.

Centennial was only place I e found yet that isn't covered in algae or weeds and I got skunked. Have u been up Needwood or Frank ? I haven't been there for a bit but they stock it with trout
Unfortunately we haven't been up there. We have been to Centennial a couple of times and have caught only one small bass. Probably one of the worse places to fish in my honest opinion. Never had luck there and others that have fished there have been skunked, even the well known 1Rod1Reel.

I'm actually watching his vid now lol he standing right where I lost my 2 lures today. I took my crawfish lure off because I didn't think they had them there and now I see they do.
Yea centennial does kinda suck.though i signed up for that night fishing next Fri so maybe I'll catch some trout or crappie on a bottom Powerbait rig.
Needwood used to be good and it's not too far from it. I'm right down 29 from centennial so that's why I tried it. Haven't tried lake Kittamaqundi yet which is right next to it I think.
. I might try Seneca lake up by Clopper next. Have any luck there ?
Kittamaqundi isn't bad we have caught fish there. There a descent spot there where there are rocks on the banks and around the docks but that was a few years ago.
I have never done Seneca or Clopper maybe someone will chime in and say something about those.
Good luck on your Friday night Centennial fishing event.
