Slim pickings that close to the city.
Putah Creek, below Lake Berryessa cones to mind.
Alameda Creek, along Hwy 85 east of Fremont.
Marin County north, there may be some places.
Russian River

Just stick with Putah. Probably the MOST underrated stream in NorCal. Beautiful red bands and brute bows. Tough fishery but if you work it you will be awarded. Flows are high right now though plus the heat.

Lake Chabot, in the coves up against the tules etc. The biggest Bass out of there is 19lbs and the biggest Rainbow is 22.5 lbs. My biggest bow is 14.7 lbs

If you’re looking for trout it’s been covered above. Bass are also fun to catch on a fly rod in the bay. Red rock or brickyard

There are some very large browns there ( Putah Creek ) also. Have caught up to 20" or so and seen them swimming that were close to 15 pounds , those big ones don't bite anything , probably why they are so big !
