Hi I am in Aransas Pass and don’t have a boat. I’m looking for a place to take the kids to have a great time that we can fish from Land! Willing to go anywhere around here, Corpus, etc. I have live croaker and perch and fresh dead shrimp. Going to get some live mullet and use some fish as cut bait! Just want to have a good time with my sons and daughter…

Good afternoon, JGun. Welcome to the Stage!!! Forget about all of that other crap bait and just buy some live shrimp and some fish bites. On your way over to Port Aransas, stop on the So. side of the pike just after you cross the bridge, and fish in that area. If there isn't anything in there, take the ferry to Port A, Have the kids get out and enjoy the dolphins, then just after you leave the ferry go to your left and you will find a nice park fish along that bank or the short little pier that sticks out. If there is nothing there, take Hwy 361 So of Port A. In about a couple of miles on your right, you will find a road called Wilson's Cut. Take that to Wilson's Cut and fish there. How many days will you be there? You can also fish the jetties but it would be tough for the youngsters. Good Luck! We do love pictures. 🎣🐟🐠

This may be too late to help, but I always took my kids to the pier on Station Street. Some night it is good under the lights.
