Nice catching Norman! I wasn't aware that you could catch Largemouth in the same water as Reds and Snook, very cool. Thanks for the pictures.

Very cool Norman. I would have thought that the water would be too salty for LMB. I learned something new.
Thanks for sharing.

I’m surprised you’re having such good luck in the canals during the summer. Figured you were closer to boca. Never fished sgc canals, but good for you!
Wishing you continued success

Norman have you ever fished on the south side of the road they call that area (Tippecanoe) just east of El jobean bridge, during the winter months you can't keep the Trout, Reds and Snook off you hook they come in the shallow water to warm up in the cuts and creeks you can't get a boat of any size in there from the bay, I have a J16 with a 25 Yamaha that on high tide I can get in but got to get out before low tide, lot of the time I just use my kayak and put in off the side of the road. I call it my honey hole🎣🎣🎣
Chuckay no but it's on my list.
It looks like a good area not a lot of boat traffic or fishing pressure.
Not heading out to far right now this heat can ruin a good day and the next few if you're not careful
Looking forward to fishing around the south end of the myakka cut for Tarpon here shortly.
I hope we some break in the weather.
Some rain would be great.
