You are welcome, Plumbob, I will tell you about some of my rattlesnake hunts with Thirsty at a later time. Why Plumbob?

I use to be a plumber / home improvement contractor. And company name was plumbob. Also to do some jobs correctly there is a tool called a plumbob.

My hat is off to you sir. Plumbers EARN every penny they make. So do remodelers. I am currently doing both for my rent. 👍 Graywulff

Thanks Graywulff. I was a 1 man company with occasional help from the kids with a nice steady customer base. Seeing that I could keep the labor price really reasonable since working from the house. Would always catch static from the wife about not charging enough, but there is more to customer relations then the bottom line. Like fishing, be patient and good results will come our way.

That is why I like this forum. Serious fisherfolk, are salt of the earth folks. Was in retail for a long time now I'm doing my work and fishing and it's great. Life is good.

Thanks, Plumbob, I knew what a plumbob was but couldn't figure why one would use it for a user name. I didn't think about it being a name of a company. That was a nice thing you said about the Forum, Graywulff, why Graywulff?

I have always been a huge fan of Lee Wulff and his flies. And I am gray. Just seemed natural.

I was born in Livingston, Montana. Fly fishing was a way of life. Lee Wulff and Joe Brooks used to come to town every summer for the local trout derby. First prize was a thousand silver dollars and one of the two of them would give the money away. They were friends of Dan Bailey who sponsored the derby. When I found this forum the name just popped into my head so.

My dear old sweet Grandma`s stories about shine in West Virginia and Kentucky are ringing in my head! Greatgrandpa was a preacher and hid shine under her bed, the only place they did not check!

People are just people. We have weaknesses. That's why we need each other. Hope the next few days are easy on you Ron.

My prayers are with you Ron, I have a grandson and his wife that lives in Titusville. He works for Disney World. He is going to hang tight. They are talking now that it may head North before it hits the main land of FL.
