But investigating the guy that had a DC street cleared with rubber bullets and pepper spray so he could hold a Bible upside down in front of a church, used border guards as storm troupers to terrorize Portland, tried to overturn an e******n, instigated a inserection and was cought red handed with boxes of government documents, some of which he is on tape showing to unauthorized people is a reach too far.??? Now they are trying to impeach AG Garland for finally doing his job.

It's too bad that the DOJ can't prosecute this as a John Doe case.

I would like to see them get the same results as with the Izaak Vincent Kemp case (charged with unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material -- pleaded guilty -- sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison).

While I doubt that Trump will see any time behind bars, I would be happy if he got the same treatment as former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro (barred from office until 2030 for abuse of power, after he made unfounded claims about Brazil's v****g system ahead of last year's e******n).

I'm not saying that Trump is guilty -- that's for the court to decide -- but in my opinion (based on all of the classified document investigations that I was involved in), I'm convinced that he committed the crimes that are in the classified documents indictment (and yes, I've read all 49 pages of it).
