Well went Carp fish yesterday day !
Met Ranger632 at Don Pedro it was the 1st time ever fishing for Mr. Carp had a great time with Dave , he is the Pro at it !!
He set me up , what a set up!
Never seen anything like it.! Dave caught two 1 7lbs and I 6lbs me skunked but had a good time any way.
Never knew what kind of a fight they give up like a Tarpon non stop.
Well I plan on going again I want to feel the fight of a big Carp I was impressed in what I saw.
And may have to also get some Cigars I think that is the tick!!
Always enjoy fishing with Dave, he's a kick in the butt to fish with in my boat or on the bank.
And you all know I love my Bass fishing 🎣.
Good fishing 🎣 to everyone.

Great job guys!! When you have a great fishing partner,even the worse days are easier to handle,i to am getting into the “fighting” fish,catfish,hope you go back for the Carp and reel in a monster Andy!!🎣

If you want that big Catfish, fish at night and use chicken liver.
I caught my biggest Cats at night ,and old timer taught me that many years ago!!
When I had dark hair !!

I have those big carp in my 3 acre pond....we call them Koi....Great fighters and up to 20 pounds. Got them from folks that had way too many in their 20 foot ponds and some were 15-20 pounds when we turned them loose. They love to grae the grasses along the waters edge and of course will eat small bluegills or their young. You certainly know when you hook one as they like to run compared to our 20 pound channel cats and bass. I let kids fish it and find it very entertaining as for many this is their first fishing excursion and I love it when they hook into a 10-20 pounder. Most can't wait to come back, although I just had someone with his three granddaughters 3,5, and 8 and the little ones were the ones that didn't want to go home!!!! Even the bluegills kept them happy.

Thats great you are letting the kids fish there, nothing fights like a carp
