We caught the squid in RI, the shrimp in Virginia and the crabs in Maryland. Bought the wild rice. The base of the crab sauce was a crab stock. This is made by boiling then simmering the shells for a few hours after the meat is picked. It is thickened with either konjac or corn starch.
My mouth is watering. Looks great.
