Sonoma lake 6/18/23

First of all I would like to thank Ryan for picking me up both Saturday and Sunday and driving to Sonoma lake. Today we arrived at the lake at 6:45 it was in the upper 50Ds and clear skies with the wind blowing, started fishing the marina it’ was Quiet for the first hour after that it was very crowded but we stuck it out and I caught 13 Bass! Fishing my rubber craw, Ryan caught his first catfish! It was quit a fight it wrapped around a no parking Sign in the water Ryan worked and worked and got it out! Right before I was going in the water to get it, I had my boots off and emptied my pockets I wasn’t going to let him lose that cat! It was a great catch! congrats to Ryan on his first catfish! Had a blast fishing with Ryan today! Good luck and be safe!!

You are just on fire!!! And humble for not posting all the fish you caught,to call y’all a fish whisperer is not even close,you killed it all weekend,and I couldn’t believe it when you started to get ready to jump in the lake for that catfish,great job today Matt🎣

Thanks! Thanks again for driving both days! Great catch getting the cat off the post I saw it wrap around it twice, that took some skills!

Thanks for all the good words fishyaker! Fishing is my passion! Theres nothing else I’d rather be doing than being out in the great outdoors hiking and fishing! Have great one buddy!!

Thanks Larry! I’m truly blessed to be able to fish as much as I do! The fishing stage is a great site with a lot of great people. Im proud to say I’m a part of it! Take it easy and have a great upcoming week!
