My son has been wearing out the small mouth and catfish last few weeks been catching 40-50 mean mouth every evening he goes down there and doing decent on catfish at night

Thank you this time of year below the dam is on fire I happy for him he gets excited about it could be into a lot worse things he doesn’t care for fishing off my boat to much he likes the bank life but that’s ok to glad he ain’t into trouble and still likes hanging out with me for some reason lol

Sounds like a great kid. Whatever he prefers, if it's making him happy and keeping him out of trouble is great.

Different little crank baits jerk baits and minnows when I go with him I’ve caught them on swim baits and flukes also they’re biting anything one guy was down there other day threw out a sanko and caught a big muskee
