I think the bottom is two boxes. The far right one’s door is under the middle one. They look like umpqua boxes.

I just tried the little red worm guys (bottom left). I bought them for fun not sure how they’d work in a trout stream. Turns out they worked brilliantly for the wild browns in a Minnesota stream. Who knew?

Worms will work pretty much anywhere there are fish. It's why a lot of people regard them as 'cheating' lol. That plus they're not technically flies.

But bacon and eggs will catch you a lot of fish

Agreed. I had success using a salt water fly on a stream in Wisconsin. However, my best outing this year was when I used bumble bee flies. Lake trout gobbled then up.

I think that looks sweet. A passionate fisherman for sure. Something I would like to do more of, fly fishing! What a great art and sport. I feel it's not for everyone but the few.

Those "little red things" are San Juans. I have beaded(sinking) and plain ( can use floatant or not) both, and in red, orange and natural (kinda flesh-toned), couple of sizes. I used a bead one under a foam hopper, great for the half-pounders, no success yet for steelhead I was targeting. I will keep at it,.....I think it looks tasty.... isn't that what matters ? Lol.
To the comment above regarding San Juan worms not being a "real" fly... hehehe...and that tiny thimble-looking thing with the rubber legs and feathers coming out of his ass (a popper) matches ....which hatch ?
This make his point however..... I once ran out of nightcrawlers on a camping trip and didn't want to go to the marina and get more, so I put a natural-colored one on under a bobber, soaked with shrimp oil. Proceeded to catch 3 more (rainbows) to get my limit. All the ones caught on the fake, smelly worm were larger than the other two, caught on REAL worms before I ran out, ....go figure.
But anyway, nice diversity & nicely organized.... don't we just love playing with our toys ? I know I do, as well.
