Hey PR, green pumpkin bandito bug on a flipping jig is money. It's been bass candy for me the past 4 seasons.👍🎣

What makes a flipping jig different from a regular jig?

648bodean-I'm guessing by regular jig you mean a hook attached to a weighted head like in the 1st pix. A flipping jig (2nd pix) usually has a heavier grade hook, a colored skirt and a stiff weedguard since it's thrown in short flips and pitches, in shallow water into wood, shoreline grass, deeper grass beds. I'll sometimes also skip it under overhangs or docks. It's a reaction strike lure. Hope that helps.
