Greetings! I'm new to fishing and wondering where to start within the Hayden, Post Falls, Coeurd'Alene areas? I have starter gear for bass, catfish, trout and just don't know where to go.

The smaller lakes are pretty good right now. Try fernan, twin lakes, round lake. most are stocked with trout already and have bass, perch, and crappie. Good luck

SDC. You mentioned round lake. Try the NW end where Cocolalla dumps in. Usually sone Crappie in this area.
