looking to take the grandkids for some crappie fishing. Any information on Jumbo reservoir near Julesburg, John Martin reservoir, or Pueblo lake levels and shore fishing for crappie?

Blue Lake near Las Animas, was there this past weekend. Crappie are biting, we used Beetle Spins lime green and white. Caught limit both days.

Crappie like structure; I don't think there is any flooded brush or the like there.
We will be fishing from shore. I see an island there and it looks like kind of a squeeze point on the eastern side. Any thoughts on any particular points on the lake? Google earth has a really old image showing a really reduced lake. I think its much higher now.

There is a channel by the island. You can wade up to it. I was there today, several people were fishing from shore with bobbers. It was slow today, only caught 10
