Wife outdid herself again. Came home to find her in the kitchen cooking again. This is why I'm a little over weight but I'm not complaining. Crawfish Etouffee over rice, green beans and garlic bread. Almost forgot. Key Lime Parfait for dessert 🍨.

We had blackened catfish on a rice bed smothered in shrimp etouffee yesterday at my brother's, soooo gooood
