I've been invited to go camping at Lake Amador with my now adult foster son for father's day weekend.
I plan on renting one of their boats and doing some trolling.
My go to setup is a brow or rainbow trout Rapalla 30" behind a 5" dodger.
Any and all suggestions will be gratefully appreciated!

I only fish the streams, not the lakes, sorry Papa D.

That sounds like a good choice to me.
You could always take your flashers and a box of night crawlers along and try them if the Rapalas aren't workin for ya.
Here's what I found on the Sportman's Warehouse site (reads like it was written by someone at the resort...

"Work large Red Devil or red and bold Five of Diamonds spoons at depths below 15 feet on a slow retrieve, or on a very slow troll during sunny conditions.
Big trout will hit on minnows, nightcrawlers, and lead head jigs with silver and black rubber minnows worked in an up-and-down slight jerking, slow retrieve. Fishing techniques similar to jigging for walleye can sometimes attract bigger trout.
Clear bobbers and flies work on a spinning rod and flyfishing while wading near the shore with dry flies can bring in good sized rainbows."
Here's what Western Outdoors News has...

"The water temperatures cooled to 68 degrees, and a plant of 1000 pounds of Amagolds, blues, and cutbows were released this week. Trollers are scoring at depths from 10 to 30 feet with Speedy Shiners while bank fishermen have to target shorelines with deep water access. "
I love Lake Amador!! Always catch limit. I troll with a Silver or gold flasher, depending on water clarity, with night crawler on leader line. Night fishing is awesome!! If weather is hot might do better night fishing.
