Hi, I just got my first baitcaster combo, what line do you recommend me putting on, I usually catch pike, so whats your recommendation on a beginner line?

40lb Power Pro with a 50lb Seaguar fluorocarbon leader would work nice for mid sized pike. If you're chasing monsters step it up to 65lb with an 80lb Abrazx leader.

I just use 20lb power pro on my bass/pike setup. I don't have a leader on this one (though definitely could). Mainly tossing spoons/spinners.
If searching for bigger pike and or musky, definitely step up to like an 80lb braid with a 130lb fluoro leader.
