After a ok morning at Sonoma lake yesterday, I decided to give R.F.P a try this morning, and I’m glad I did! It was 53 degrees and cloudy when I got there at 6:45am. The water has receded a little but the lake is still above its normal level, the water is so clear compared to a few weeks ago. I caught 7 fish, one Catfish and six Large mouth Bass! I fished the back side of the lake catching all 7 fish in one spot! There’s a flat with a drop off that goes from about 3 Ft. To 8 Ft. and the Bass really like that spot. Hiked back to my car at 11:30am was 70 degrees and clearing. Sure was a fun morning at R.F.P!! Good luck and be safe!!

Thanks Fred! Few more weeks and I’m going to start fishing Spring Lake! Hopefully it’s as good as last year! Have a great evening brother! Good luck and be safe!! Enjoy your time on the water tomorrow, and catch a bunch!

Thanks Grizzly! I caught 4 of them on Senkos and 3 on a rubber craw fish! The one in the middle of the photo is the type I used today. The Catfish was the first Catfish I’ve caught out of R.F.P

Thanks DC! Yes that ledge has been good to me this year! I caught my first fish of the year there, and it’s still my biggest fish so far this year! Have a great one buddy!
