Reminds me of the guy that would go out to the lake and set up a pup tent a lounger, cooler and cast out his line. The Game Warden came by and asked to see his fishing license.
"What do I need one of those for?"
"Because your fishing!"
"No, I'm not."
"Yes you are, you have a line in and everything."
"Pull in that line."
The Game Warden cranked it in and looked at it.
"There's no hook on here, just a sinker!"
"That's right. People look at me and go, Wow, look at that fisherman, he's been waiting for hours for a fish to bite!"
"With out the rod, they would say,"Look at that old drunk!".
BTW that was a true story. He would go out there to the lake almost every weekend, and when he was drunk he would go sleep it off in the tent.

The other guy would take 2 coolers. one for beer and one for caught fish. He would either catch fish and have fun or get drunk still have fun and sleep it off in a pup tent.
