Yeah buddy! I've never caught one -- on my bucket list -- but I used to be a chef way back in the day and ran it as a special one time (pan fried, macadamia crusted, finished with kalamansi beurre blanc--I'll never forget it). In my experience, it is the best tasting fish I have ever eaten, salt or freshwater.πŸ˜‹πŸŸ Tight Lines brother!
