Hey DC, nice opah pic. I actually caught one of those years back. Had to be 100 lbs. I had to have help flipping it over after fileting one side. I fileted it at the dock and people were offering me money for cuts.

Yeah buddy! I've never caught one -- on my bucket list -- but I used to be a chef way back in the day and ran it as a special one time (pan fried, macadamia crusted, finished with kalamansi beurre blanc--I'll never forget it). In my experience, it is the best tasting fish I have ever eaten, salt or freshwater.😋🐟 Tight Lines brother!
