Hello, New Guy here, just bought a new lake house on Lake Bob Sandlin Tx, Going to enjoy the fishing and talking to you Gentlemen & (Ladies), if anyone is familiar with Bob Sandlin and knows where the sweet spots for Bass or Crappie are I sure would like to hear from you, Thank you and am looking forward to reading all the stories and comments.

Yes bait shops are a very good source and find out what live bait and lures catch fish there congrats on new home and good 🎣

I have had good success with ultra lite tackle with 2 or 3 spinners. Bass,trout ,perch, almost anything. GOOD Luck

Try and get a Lake map. They will show you the drop offs so you can cast to the deep and bring it back towards the shallow. Lunkers like to hung out just under the drop offs. At least that is where I found them. There and near structure of course.
