My wife just informed me she couldn't find her going away from home shoes. She would have to wear her stay at home and clean shoes.
I almost fell off the couch laughing so hard.

That's really cute! Reminds me of when my now 19 y.o. son was a toddler and his mom and I were teaching him how to dress himself, we would tell him to put on his "going out clothes" before we left the house. To this day we still say that to him and to each otherπŸ˜‰

Wish you could say that to some folks around here. Go to the store in their pajamas and slippers. Not cool.

Lol, I cringe every time I see that as well! 😫 Mostly the highschoolers around here. And it's been going on a number of years now! Well, at least the pants waist hanging down below the butt crack thing has pretty much faded (and I hope never comes back!)

DCG, That ( low waist thing ) was a fashion statement. NOT ! Now that I think of it, I don't see teenage girls wearing their Daddy's boxer shorts anymore either. What was that all about ? Style, Fashion, ?
Poor Dad, "What happened to all my underwear"? THEY'RE IN THE LAUNDRY BASKET, WHERE YOUR DAUGHTERS LEFT 'EM.πŸ˜–.

Lol, fortunately I transitioned from whitey tightees as a kid to boxer briefs as an adult so the risk was never there!
