Being a proud Colorado native and having lived in northeastern Arkansas for several years after the Marine Corps I am really disappointed by the Catfishing in northeastern Colorado. The Mighty Mississippi River, Tunica Cutoff ruined me by the sheer numbers of catfish I caught in those areas. I returned to Colorado and have yet to find a good cat hole. Any advise as to where the good holes are in northeastern southeastern Colorado for the Labor day weekend.
Can't help you with a place to go I live in the opposite corner but did you talk to Parks and Wildlife? The game wardens down here are a wealth of information and happy to share it. Tight lines. Hope you find a honey hole.

Yes. When I originally went down to the Mid-South I lived in Marked Tree, Arkansas. That was in 85. I moved back to Colorado in 02 and have missed the game and fishing ever since. I'm very familiar with N.E. Arkansas
