Depends on where you’re fishing. West of the Mississippi River and the Atchafalaya right offshore with steady east wind could be muddy. Interior fishing could be the same unless you find some protected areas. Tide and current also play a factor. Bait can get blown into those areas, so yes you can under the right conditions.
